Valkyria Chronicles released with all of the elements hunger-starved RPG fans have been waiting for on PlayStation 3. Stellar visuals, great voice acting, and a memorable storyline have made Valkyria one of the better strategy RPGs to date. Of course, I'm not the only one that feels this way, as Sega Japan has officially announced an Anime adaptation for the positively-received PS3 title.

The Anime will be produced by A-1 Pictures and is scheduled for release sometime during Spring 2009. There has been no information given in regard to what the plot will entail, or if the Anime will make its way out of Japan some time in the future. Remember, the best way to demonstrate interest in localization is by buying the game.

Actually it would be pretty cool of them to release it on PSN just like Xam'd was... of course that probably means it'll get pirated like Xam'D was too...

This game is totally addicting. I can't stop leveling up my characters to see the next potential, order,or weopon they receive. I have acquired a second tank unit and outfitted it with a flamethrower. The battles and story are very enjoyable as well. Personally I would like to see more of this style and gameplay in the future as this is a first for me.
