Racing fans that have eagerly been awaiting the release of the time attack mode update for MotorStorm will be relieved to hear it became available for download as of this Thursday. This week's update of the PlayStation Store has included the much anticipated download and also revised versions of the two original PlayStation titles Hot Shots Golf 2 and CoolBoarders, each available for $5.99. Both these downloadables are playable on your PS3 as well as the PSP.
The MotorStorm update, which was expected two weeks ago, allows players to upload their fastest lap times onto a worldwide leader board, so they can compare their rankings with other racers, and also lets users create and upload ghost car laps to share with other people.
If you've already downloaded the two PS1 titles for PSP, you can get the updated version, compatible with PS3, for free.
And as if all that wasn’t enough, the Store is also now home to a free trailer for the upcoming comedy The Heartbreak Kid.
It appears as though Sony has further extended the Warhawk Beta, as a number of members have no been granted access to the download.
We'll keep you up to date.
