Ubisoft has officially unveiled the Epilogue DLC pack for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of Prince of Persia.
Due out on February 26, the Epilogue DLC boasts an all-new adventure for the Prince and his female compatriot, Elika, including the corrupt Underground Palace from which they must escape.
Gamers will also be able to acquire a new energize power; allowing you to create a path by reconstructing destroyed segments of the environment. In addition, the DLC also adds a new Sprinting Clash attack, allowing both the player and the enemy to dash forwards and clash weapons.
Fans can also look forward to over three hours worth of new gameplay in the form of a new trap challenge, along with new skins for both the Prince and Elika taken from their early prototype incarnations.
Pricing details have yet to be announced.

Hmm...i might pick this up if it isn't too expensive. I still have to play through the game for a third time to get the " Get saved less than 100 times" trophy to get the platinum...!

i dont know about everybody else but i didnt really like this new prince of persia at all. it was very repetitive and lacked any substance were the fighting came in. it just seemed to be heal this land fight that boss and do the same again. glad i traded it in.

Absolutely loved this game with it's one of a kind visuals and combat system! Definitely getting this expansion, and looking forward to the new powers. Was confused about the ending of the game; having gone through all the work of healing the lands and defeating elika's father and ahriman, the prince does exactly what the father did and released ahriman to resurrect elika

It was an OK game... but I did not pay for it and I won't pay for the DLC because I am done with Ubisoft.

@8 & 13
The game is structured but that in no way detracts from its beauty. PoP has always been a work of art and in some way I missed the multiple adversary skirmishes of the Sands of Time and the Warrior Within, but the Two Thrones lacked that sense of self preservation but was much faster paced. This PoP (which should have had its own title) is a different generation, a more relaxed game that allows you to absorb the lavish environments. It is still a great game but it is only an introduction to better things to come. I am a bit dissappointed with Ubisoft about it's structured design as was the case with Assassins Creed. They seem to believe that people need to know exactly how the game is going to pan out. The real saving grace is the artwork, this is a spectacular artistic acheivement and worth every penny.
