According to the ESRB, several more PSone titles are coming to the PlayStation Network in North America (and likely Europe), including multiple games from both the Spyro and Street Fight Alpha series.

Here are five more confirmed PSone classics:

Spyro: Year of the Dragon
Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage!
Street Fighter Alpha 2
Street Fighter Alpha 3
Wipeout XL

Thus far, Sony has provided a decent archive of PSone classics on the PSN... in Japan. In North America and Europe, the PSone offerings are fairly sparse. We'd love to see titles like Metal Gear Solid and Final Fantasy VII make their way to English-speaking regions.

Maybe we should start a petition to get Sony to pull their fingers out? Not a chance English speaking countries will see these titles. MGS especially will most certainly end up in Japan and never NA/Europe or anywhere else.

It's about time they put Wipeout XL on the store. I absolutely LOVE the Wipeout series and have all of the games.

I searched for years to find Wipeout XL at a flea market or pawn shop because I didn't want to try eBay. After three years of searching, I find it, then learn that it's coming to PSN. ARGH! :D

At least Sony is finally putting more games on the store. Always a good thing!

man, i was just checking out the japanese PSNetwork and they got soo many cool looking stuff.  i was just playing the Crystal Defenders by SQUARE-ENIX, and that was alot of fun.  why can't we get what they get.  as a matter of fact, why can't we ALL get the same thing?  there are people that like these kind of games here and in Europe and vice versa.
