Developer Richard Garriott of NCSoft has described the details about the E3 announcement where NCSoft agreed to exclusively create or port PC MMOs onto Sony's PlayStation 3 console.
Speaking to Eurogamer after the keynote, Garriott explained that "hopefully by the end of the year we're going to be able to announce what they're going to be" in regards to the PS3 titles.
Garriott talked about Tabula Rasa a lot in his keynote, hopefully this amazing title will come over.
As for me, come on City of Heroes!!!

Great news. I'm hoping for Guild Wars. Why? Well it's the easiest "MMO" there is, becuase of this it will draw more people to the PS3. It would be a good starting game. IMO CoH & CoV are just big piles of ****, but some people like them so I guess there's something in those games that I'm missing.

The first game that came to mind when they mentioned port was City of Heroes. Just seemed like the type of game they'd want to port to a console... never even considered Tabula Rosa (but I haven't read up on enough of that game either). Of course, I'd be even more interested in hearing of an original property.

@ MrFenwick I think they are only going to announce what MMOs are going to be on the PS3 by the end of the year, not actually have one out by that time. The whole NCSoft thing made me really excited at first, and then I realized how much less free time I will have :)
