Rumor: Oblivion scrapped for PSP

Buzz around the gaming industry is that powerhouse Bethesda has sidelined or possibly scrapped their Oblivion adaptation for the PlayStation Portable (PSP). According to industry whispers, the Climax team working on the game has not only ran into major production problems but also drastically missed their timetable.
On a lighter note, it doesn’t look like this is going to affect the Silent Hill franchise due to their use of a separate design team. While this may not be the best news for Oblivion fans, it does soften the blow for PSP users worldwide.
After checking a few online retailers it looks to us like the December ship date is a clear indication that they missed their goal of Spring 2007, once again confirming potential delay and possible termination of the title.
The creators have yet to comment, but stay tuned to PSU for more details.

I don't really give a crap if it is or not, but it sucks when any game get canned, especially for the PSP so i hope it's just a rumor

Someone actually thought this was possible? Oblivion on a PSP? I like my PSP and all, but this is laughable at best.
