The latest update to MotorStorm not only prepares players for the MotorStorm Revenge Weekend PSN download pack that will be available very soon, but also brings a huge lists of improvements we've detailed below.

For starters, the patch focuses on "Vehicle Select enhancement"– your last-used vehicle in each class will be displayed as your default choice on load up.

In addition, player colors are now displayed in the lobby to help track of your friends and rivals more easily during online races and Eliminator matches.

With the update, anyone who purchased ‘Coyote Revenge’ can now race this track in Online and Time Attack modes.

Purchasers of Eliminator Mode will have more incentive to complete it as the scores also contribute to their Fame status.

Luckily, track exploits for Grizzly and Raingod Mesa have been addressed. This fix prevents players from jumping ground levels.

From a communication aspect, an occasional firewall situation with headset comms has been resolved.
