Capcom has announced that the PlayStation 3 version of Lost Planet: Extreme Condition will be released in Japanese territories on February 21, 2008 priced at JYP 6,290.

A release date for North American and PAL territories has yet to be revealed; though previous reports also indicate it will appear during the same month.

The PS3 version of Lost Planet incorporates everything present in the original Xbox 360 version, in addition to several exclusive features, including all-new playable characters (each possessing their own unique abilities) as well as 16 multiplayer maps available from the start.

Stay tuned for more information as it becomes available.

Hopefully, MGS4 doesn't get a release on X360. But if it does, hopefully it'll take over a year and gets gimped down! Same with FFXIII.

I'm not sure about this one yet.

    @ MatrixSixaxis...
There is no question MGS4 will stay PS3 exclusive.  Kojima is a perfectionist and refuses to port games.  Anybody who knows Konami, knows they prefer not to spend resources on porting anyway.  Same with FFXIII... SquareEnix has praised the PS3 and Blu-Ray for what they've done with FFXIII.  I am not at all worried about losing those exclusives.

This is the reason to own a PS3... along side that SONY has more first party developers than Microsoft and Nintendo combined.

psn id: gingo... i heard this game was pretty lame and i dont see how adding new characters and maps will make up for lacklustre gameplay unless they have a major overhaul

I would rather get the PC version for $25. Its the same ''''ing game. They better not expect everybody to pay $59 for this >_<

I hope it doesnt sell one copy. If crapcom thinks the 360 is such a great machine, than keep your games on that console.
