Turok Demo coming soon

So Turok is just around the corner, who else is ready to go Jurassic Park on these extinct creatures? Ready or not, Propaganda Games, the developers of Turok are prepared to release a demo to PSN over the coming weeks.
The details about the demo are a bit cloudy, and all we currently know at this time is that there is in fact a demo expected to arrive shortly. Furthermore, Tim Lewinson, Associate Director of Propaganda Games commented that “Dinos,” which happen to be A.I. Bots are scattered around multiplayer maps and will be located on both teams wreaking havoc within the environment causing you to stay on your toes. Lewinson, confirmed a 3 map online co-op experience that will flesh out the story from the single player campaign. Finally when asked about how well will the PS3 port stack up to the Xbox 360 counterpart, he stated, “The PS3 game rocks as hard as the 360 version. No worries there.”
Set to release next month, Turok makes its debut onto the new generation of gaming with ease. The game takes place in the not too distant future on a genetically altered planet. Gamers will take the control of Joseph Turok, a Special Ops solider whose space craft has crash landed on this planet, where he must eliminate a war criminal. However, once Turok steps foot on this mysterious world, he finds out that the situation is much more complicated than expected.

LAWL this game is jsut rnadomly stabbing very stupid looking dinos in the head lol cas the guns are all crap watch the dino mualing clip lol he basicly stabs every single one on the top of the head he even picks up a lil on jsut so he can stab it in the head lol so stupid the description sounded alright but in reality it looks crap if you had strcutures n stuff n the dinos were full on attacking them and you ahd ot hold them off then it might be cool but this just looks like omfg there are dinosuars every where biteing at me and on the side dumbfounded looking aponents watching on hopeing not to get mauled as well

I just checked the gamestop website and they are offering (in store) a free demo when you pre-order. So if you want, you could slap 5 bucks down, grab the demo, and if you dont like it cancel your pre-order. Or wait a few weeks to DL it off the PSN.

I too am glad that a demo is coming out for this....I want to buy it, but I need a test drive first. The first Turok was the best shit on the N64 (before Golden eye). I don't know about this Joseph person yet....bring back the Indian " I am TUROK!" guy. He was badass. Also...I hope that is the original "tech-bow....sniper capabilities enabled" from the first one (with the same lady's voice that says it)..that would put me in nostalgia bliss.

@ Motzo apparently you havent watched all the videos. There are structures, there are full on dino assaults, and there are tactics involved. Trust me, this game will be good. And Gero, you totally misread that. It's not a 3 map co-op demo. They are saying there is a three map co-op campaign along with the single player campaign and regular multiplayer unless im completely mistaken also. The writer of the article DEFINATELY could have spread some features out. They kinda got tied in with the demo part of the article.

i was never a big Turok fan because i didn't think the game was that good but a multiplayer co op demo that sounds really kool.....

I've heard the whole "PS3 version is just as good as the 360 version" before. I won't hold my breath, though if it is, I'll be sure to pick it up.
