Eye of Judgment patch in the wild

As the holidays came to a close and we all resumed our normal routines, we finally caught up with some older titles that had felt neglected. While we were getting our Warhawk's blown up for the thousandth time, the guys over at PS3fanboy were playing our favorite (...and only) card battle title for PS3, Eye of Judgment.

Upon booting up the game, they were prompted to download a surprisingly old new patch (think about it). The title had previously forced players to leave online matches open to the general public - no longer. Private matches are now an option. Your card-battling brethren won't have to rush to accept your invites any more.

There are a few other minor changes, such as the ability select your voice input device from within the title. The patch will contain a list of all changes upon its download.

    @Alpha2 I know were are, but nothing was reported on it anywhere when the patch was released, and I figured people would appreciate being notified of the semi-new patch.

    Fantastic game and and a good update, although it should have been in there from the start.

    To all who are turned off by the "cheating" .... The copying of cards does not effect the gameplay at all. Some are just too short sighted to support the development of the game. Fill your deck with the most powerful or rare (and most costly to use) cards and you will be beaten everytime by anyone with half a brain and a balanced deck!

    This game is pure genius!!! Those of you who haven't tried it really should. Its like magic the gathering without the stigma of actually having to be seen in public playing the damn thing!!!

    @DarkKnight09

    Spot on mate. I'm still rubbish though. I haven't copied any cards because that's like cheating yourself isn't it?

    @Musikguy

    You really should give EOJ a go mate it might surprise you!!!
