Sony reveals 20 new titles for Blu-ray

Sony revealed on Amazon this morning that 20 new titles will be released for Blu-ray, including popular flicks such as Snatch, Labyrinth, Ghostbusters and Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon.

Only a number of these titles have release dates, but it is likely that we'll have more confirmed on this soon. Here's the full list of new Blu-ray movies coming from Sony:

     Snatch!!!! YES!!!! A must in ay blu-ray collections. Now they need to announce Lock Stocke and Two Smoking Barrels.

    The Dark Crystal, check.

    Snatch, check.

    Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (trilogy), check.

    The Craft, check.

    Ghostbusters, check.

    All the rest I could live without. Nothing else of that lot really screamed to me, but I look forward to future release announcements. *crosses fingers*

    Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon / Curse of the Golden Flower / House of Flying Daggers Trilogy  is probably the only one up there that peaks my interest.. at all. :/

    Labyrinth, Dark Crystal, and Easy Rider for sure.  I hated Crouching Tiger though.  Just a bunch of people jumping around on wires IMO.

    The only movie out of those that i might consider getting is Snatch... all the others (except for Ghostbusters and the Dracula/Frankenstein/Wolfman trilogy) are lame and b-grade.

    Ghostbusters!!!! Who ya gonna call! Wow! This is the greatest day of my life! Ima have to go change my underwear! Ghostbusters man!! The best best best! I have my old Ghostbusters t shirt on even though it doesnt fit anymore ill just tie it around my neck real tight till i turn blue.

    Seriously, i seen most of these flicks so many times on TV already i could puke.

    Only ones i see worth getting is:  Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon / Curse of the Golden Flower / House of Flying Daggers Trilogy

    They really need to bring imports in like they did with OLDBOY and stop the remakes.

    none of those are very appealing to me i am still waiting for grandmas boy and taken though grandmas boy isnt too important in high def but if i buy it it will be on blu ray
