God of War III tops UK Charts

Kratos has waded in with his size nines and stomped all over the competition in the UK, catapulting God of War III to first place in the region’s All Format Charts and dethroning Final Fantasy XIII in the process.
According to early figures, the PlayStation 3 exclusive sequel outsold its predecessor, God of War II, by a ratio of two-to-one. God of War III also marks Sony’s second number one so far this year, the first being Heavy Rain.

FIRST!!!!!!!!!! I'M FINALLY FIRST after so many years of following gaming news! FINALYY HA HA HA HA HA lol Sorry I had to do it . God of War 3 is the best action adveture game I have played. It deserves to be on top.

.. dammit I should've spend my money on them latest games and wait for Assassin's Creed 2 on PC instead.. I'm planning on just watching Heavy Rain on youtube cause I'm just curious of the story.
@3 -Well it's still annoying if I were you cause MW2 is still on the top ten.. and it has been released for months now.

Damn I cant believe it I missed just by one. There was a glitch or something lol . It says that I posted at 2 49, 3 mins after first post. WHen I posted there wasnt any post. Back on topic, It looks like Bad Company is doing a good job too. I hope GOW keeps being on top at least a few more weeks. Can Gow reach the 4 million mark just like MGS4 did?

Of course it's an exclusive. It always will be. The crapbox 3 fixme would freakin explode if it tried to run GoW 3. The capacity of the Blu Ray, muscle behind the nVidia GPU, and the advanced and truly unique power of the Cell processor are the reasons that GoW 3 was possible. There would be A LOT of dumbing down to do of the game if they ever tried to release it on the 360.

Great game God of War 3. Unchartered 2 still offers the best graphics, but there is no denying the great action and brutality in GOW 3. Oh, did i mention the lighting effects in GOW 3? It\\\'s the best I\\\'ve seen and once again underlines the power of the PS3.
