Dante's Inferno 2 in the works?

A recent job posting by the chaps at Visceral Games has indicated that the studio is working on a sequel to Dante’s Inferno.
The posting – which advertises for an environment artist – states: "This project is the sequel to a major new IP at the award-winning Visceral Games," adding, "this is a major opportunity to contribute to a bold new franchise, heavily backed by the EA Games Label."
Given the fact Dead Space 2 is already well in to development, the only likely candidate for a sequel to a ‘new IP’ is Dante’s Inferno, which made its debut on PS3, PSP and 360 earlier this year.
Stay tuned for more information as it becomes available to us.

awesome, and this was quite obvious with the ending of Dante\'s Inferno. He thinks he\'s pimp slapped Satan good enough, but the ashes of his evil side left behind must have revived satan, gave him something esle to live for and now Satan will get his revenge while Dante climbs up his way to "heavan" not without going through punishment for his sins first, becasuse apparently, Purgatory is the lighter version of H./ell, and you only get a whips on your back for a couple of years, but not forever...ahh, isn\'t god such a loving creature?

Sounds cool. Dantes inferno was a great game, even if it is nothing like the book and a rip off from god of war, its still awesome.

Can't wait. Loved the first game. Didn't even mind playing it more than once to get a platinum. :-)
