Sega has released its TGS trailer for Vanquish, the sci-fi shooter that’s heading to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on Oct. 19. The story is set on a space station during the middle of a war over the planet’s remaining energy resources. You’ll play as Sam Gideon, a government agent equipped with a futuristic battle suit. This trailer features gameplay and delves a bit deeper into the story. It’s certainly looking good, but we’ll wait to see how it plays next month.

I've downloaded and played the demo from the PS Store, but somehow even with all the flashy fighting sequences, the game didn't impress me that much.

@1 same here, man. It looks and sounds good, but it just doesn't play right. I'm afraid this is another Lost Planet 2, pretty graphics and not much else.

I've played the demo and I think its awesome. Huge bosses, mechs and other random awesome stuff, and it's really fast paced. Should be a great campaign. If you're one of those lonely immature gamers who only cares about pwning n0obXxXxorxxxzzz in online play, it might not be as fun to you.
