Bethesda has revealed that it’s shipped five million copies of post-apocalyptic outing Fallout: New Vegas globally, with the celebrated RPG having generated a whopping $300 USD million since its launch last month.
“We are delighted by the reception Fallout: New Vegas has received from fans around the world,” enthused Bethesda bigwig, Vlatko Andonov.
“Despite the large launch quantities for this title, we have already received substantial re-orders from our retail partners, underscoring the tremendous popularity of this highly entertaining game. We believe Fallout: New Vegas will be the “must buy” title for gamers throughout the holiday season.”
In addition, the company also announced that the Fallout: New Vegas strategy guide has cemented itself as one of the top sellers on retail giant Amazon. Check out our review of the game here.

From what I've heard, read, and what friends have told me, The console versions are pretty messed up. Kinda glad I got this for PC. Lets hope Bethesda will continue to support its consumers with patches, as clearly we have supported them.

You're welcome Bethesda! An thnk you for making such a great, but buggy game. 38 hours in and I still haven't been on the strip. Maybe at 50 hours I'll go into New Vegas
