Ubisoft dodges Far Cry 3 rumors

Publisher Ubisoft’s keeping its lips firmly sealed in regards to Internet murmurs suggesting the next instalment in the Far Cry series will skydive on to store shelves later this year.
Rumors kicked off courtesy of U.S. publication Game Informer, which listed the FPS sequel for an October 2011 release. Furthermore, PC gamer reported last August that development of Far Cry 3 “is in full swing.”
Ubisoft’s not budging on the matter, though, merely stating that the company 'doesn’t comment on rumour and speculation.’
The last entry in the Far Cry series released back in October 2008 for PS3, PC and Xbox 360 platforms, and turned out rather splendid to say the least.

Everybody knows its coming and these companies has nothing to do just keep creating same game over and over. Nothing surprising us.

I love Far Cry 2, especially for playing online. The fact that it has a map editor for making you own maps sets apart from all the other first person shooters, so you don't have to play the same old boring maps time and time again.

FarCry 2 was s*** the game was plauged with bugs and online didn't exist due to disconnectons I had to drag myself through the story mode and it was so annoying that the stupid check points people would come back in 5 mins. The stealth was rubbish if you fired your Silenced MP5 and managed to kill someone an enemy would walk upto the dead body and instantly do a CSI moment which includes....

Then starts to fire at you what would have been nice is if he could actually climb up small rocks and cliffs but you couldn't the Maleria idea was stupid and the diamonds where even worse than Assassin Creed 2's feather. There going to have to really improve on the 3rd game because I think it probably lost some fans after no.2.
