Square Enix has reiterated that Final Fantasy Versus XIII will be released exclusively for PlayStation 3.
That’s according to Internet reports on the company’s First Production Department presser in Tokyo earlier today, where dev Tetsuya Nomura commented that he “stood his ground on the platform.”
Square’s been chiselling away on the PS3-exclusive outing for quite some time now, with the firm originally lifting the lid on the game way back in 2006 alongside FFXIII.
Square Enix has not yet revealed a release date for Final Fantasy Versus XIII.
