Kaos has 'exciting' Homefront DLC in the pipeline

Kaos has teased that it’s planning to augment U.S. invasion-based shooter Homefront with some “exciting” post-release DLC in the not-too-distant future.

Sadly that’s about all we have to go on for now, with the developer saying it’s not quite ready to spill the beans on any details just yet.

"We have a full-time team here at Kaos Studios dedicated to ongoing support on the technical side, as well as development of a wide range of exciting DLC that we're not quite ready to talk about just yet, but hope to unveil to you in the very near future,” said the firm, in a post on Homefront’s official website.

"We'd like to thank you for your continued patience, and assure you that we will continue to support our multiplayer community for many months to come."

THQ announced yesterday that it had let go of approximately 17 Kaos employees, commenting, "We have made changes to ensure that the team size aligns to the current stages of internal product development."

DLC?  Or the rest of the pathetically short single player game that was cut to rush this out before crysis 2?

implement move controls for ps3. there's no reason why all shooters can't have that as an option, there's enough room on a blu ray and you can always make a patch for it.

This game IS really good. Campaign very short but multi player makes up for it. Beats Call Of Boredom by a mile. Won\'t mind DLC (especially if it extends the campaign a bit).
