Voice actor Steve Blum has hinted on Twitter (via NovaCrystallis) that Square Enix is in the process of localising a new Final Fantasy game.

Blum Tweeted, “Just wrapped up some Marvel stuff. Also started on King for a new Final Fantasy. Look for it mates!”

The message was quickly removed, indicating that whatever Blum is working on is being kept firmly under wraps.

Of course, the obvious choice would be Final Fantasy Type-0, which has yet to be confirmed for the U.S. and Europe. The game is due out in Japan next week.

Blum is no stranger to the world of videogames, having appeared in a number of heavy hitters including Dragon Age: Origins, Bulletstorm and Call of Duty.

If Square is indeed looking to localise Final Fantasy Type-0 then we should expect an announcement to drop soon. We’ll keep you posted.
