Final Fantasy Type-0 coming to North America, Europe?

According to Andriasang, a newly-released Final Fantasy Type-0 Ultimania Guide includes an interview with game director Hajima Tabata that reveals plans for an international version of Final Fantasy Type-0. Plans to bring the PSP-exclusive RPG to North American and/or European shores have not been announced prior to this.
Also mentioned in the interview is a chance for a potential sequel, and while nothing is set in stone, Tabata reveals plans to return to the same characters and world in a numbered sequel, Type-1, and that he’d like the next title to be on console.
If this news is to be believed, and it should be since it sounds pretty official, when do you think we’ll be seeing Type-0 in the west?
