LittleBigPlanet tops six million user-created levels

Developer Media Molecule has confirmed that its LittleBigPlanet franchise has amassed six million user-created levels.
The figure accounts for all three titles in the do-it-yourself platform series, namely the original, LittleBigPlanet 2 and LittleBigPlanet on PSP.
Apparently, 2.5 million of those stages were cobbled together in the 12 months following LBP2’s launch in January 2011.
LittleBigPlanet is expanding on to PlayStation Vita at some point this year, with a version of the game currently in development at Double Eleven Limited, Tarsier Studios and Sony XDev Europe.
