Namco’s pulled the covers off a brand new PlayStation 3-exclusive RPG by the name of Tokitowa.
As reported by Andriasang, the game is currently in development by Imageepoch of Arc Rise Fantasia fame, and will be released at some point this year.
Imageepoch CEO Ryoei Mikage dropped a few bits and pieces during a Q&A session at the reveal, confirming the game will take on a more action-oriented approach and won’t feature turn-based combat.
In addition, it’ll utilize both fixed and moving camera angles, and will feature some form of downloadable content. Mikage also confirmed Tokitowa should appear at the Tokyo Game Show and is currently around 20 percent complete.
Unsurprisingly, there’s no word on a western release date as of yet, but we’ll be sure to keep you posted.
Stay tuned to PSU for more details.
