Sony has released a sumptuous batch of images plucked from Quantic Dream’s eyeball-popping Kara tech demo, shown off at GDC this week.

Check out a couple of screenshots below, and then head over to our Kara gallery to view the full collection.

Sadly Kara isn’t actually based on a game that’s currently in development at Quantic Dream, but nonetheless was created to set the foundation for the Heavy Rain studio’s next project. The footage was captured running in real-time on PlayStation 3 hardware.

The one thing that surprised me most about the demo was the writing, Cage must have a clean up writer because his dialog can be very clunky especially with heavily emotional scenes, but this was perfectly natural sounding... maybe they got natural american voice actors this time too.
