Just try and take down this beast alone in Dragon's Dogma

Think you have what it takes to bring down Ur-Dragon all alone in Capcom’s upcoming Dragon’s Dogma? Think again. You and your party of Pawns will take part in a world event to collectively eliminate this beast in an asynchronous encounter via PlayStation Network and Xbox Live. Your party’s attacks will be combined, but it will require multiple encounters to defeat Ur-Dragon.
If you deal the fatal blow you’ll be rewarded with some maximum loot, but regardless all players can still obtain common and rare drops when they inflict damage. Don’t want to play online? You can still fight Ur-Dragon alone, but the rewards will be different than those received online.
The game is out in North America on May 22 and in Europe on May 25.
