Capcom is planning on releasing two separate Special Editions of upcoming horror sequel Resident Evil 6, if a listing on Amazon is anything to go by.

The retail giant lists a Resident Evil 6 Anthology for PlayStation 3, which features a copy of the hotly-anticipated zombie blaster, plus Resident Evil: Director’s Cut, Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, Resident Evil 4 HD and Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition.

For Xbox 360, Amazon lists the Resident Evil 6 Archives, which again includes Resident Evil 6, plus Resident Evil 4 HD, Resident Evil: Code Veronica HD, Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition and CG flick Resident Evil: Degeneration.

Both bundles are listed at $89.99 and will be released day and date with Resident Evil 6 on October 2, 2012.

Keep in mind that a formal announcement has yet to be made, and we’re still none the wiser if these special editions will make their way to Europe or not.
