Gearbox Software's totally awesome action-RPG/FPS hybrid is returning later this year with a sequel that's hoping to kick the first game in the teeth. Borderlands 2 will challenge veteran and newbie Vault Hunters alike, but if you're squarely in the former camp, you'll have a few extra goodies to take with you to the fight.
When you boot up Borderlands 2, the game will search for save data from Borderlands stored on your system. If the data is detected, you'll be treated to exclusive head dressings and costumes for each of the four main characters. No word yet on whether a certain percentage of completion will be required for these bonuses, or if similar options will be unlocked for the DLC Mechromancer, but we'll let you know when we hear more.
For now, peep the first image of these exclusive outfits below and let us know in the comments below if you'll be sporting them.

Still have my save file, sweet!
@1- If you know anyone who can reball your mainboard, it should do the trick. Thats how I fixed mine when it threw me the yellow, did it in my livingroom, works just like new, no joke.
