Dead Space 3 gameplay trailer unleashed

Electronic Arts has unveiled the first official gameplay trailer for Visceral Games’ upcoming horror shooter Dead Space 3.

Dead Space 3 is pencilled in for an early 2013 release on PlayStation 3, PC and Xbox 360. The game sees the return of the world’s unluckiest space engineer Isaac Clarke, who this time around finds himself stranded on an icy planet known as Tau Volantis.
Now separated from Dead Space 2’s Ellie Langford, Clarke is joined by newcomer Sgt. John Carver in his battle against the flesh-hungry Necromorphs. As such, the game is fully playable in co-op mode, and features a host of new gameplay mechanics including the ability to perform evasive rolls and take cover behind objects.
