CoD: Black Ops II story 'better than most movies,' says writer

Call of Duty: Black Ops II writer David S. Goyer has said he feels the military shooter’s storyline is superior to that of most movies being made today.
Speaking in a recent behind-the-scenes video released by Treyarch, Goyer, who also co-wrote this summer’s blockbuster The Dark Knight Rises, commented:
“In the case of Black Ops, I would argue that the story is better than most movies that are being made.”

To say the least, I am pretty surpised about this. I didn't know that people played CoD for it's single-player :P

That's not really saying much, considering most movies nowadays don't have very good stories to begin with. I wouldn't even go as far as to say that Nolan's Batman movies have good stories. What I mean to say is that it's certainly not the best as some people would lead you to believe. But it is good entertainment. Movies like Memento or The Prestige are some of his better films.
Not to mention that Goyer was the writer for Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance, The Unborn, and Jumper - all of which were terrible. -

@1. I've completed the single player for all 5 of the COD games I've owned except MW3. I started it, and about 1/4 of the way through and finally realized its the same garbage over and over. Didn't bother completing it, the MP is still fun though, I get on there every now and then, just to d1ck around with my akimbo deagles.

The Russians/Chinese/Arabs made a super dooper whoopy weapon that threatens 'MURRICA (...and its allies)so you command a unit of: the typical cursing black guy, the big fat dude with a machine gun, the european which speaks like a poet, the mexican who always screw things up AND YOU, the misterious character that have his own very "deep" reasons to fight, also its very likely there will be aliens in it.
