GTA:VCS has worked on the Vita since LAUNCH, i know because i have beaten it on my launch Vita !

I have also had this game on my Vita (VCS) for some time now. I believe it was one of the PSP games that worked on the Vita but not officially. So you could buy it on the PS3 and the xfr it over, but you could not buy it on the Vita or download it from your download list on the Vita until now.
