Your input is needed - Kingdom Hearts III story analysis

Earlier today, I reported that the credits and post-game unlocks of Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance confirm that Kingdom Hearts III will be the next installment in my favorite franchise. I also hinted that PSU.com would be your source for an in-depth story analysis of Dream Drop Distance and what we know about the plot of Kingdom Hearts III. Turns out, we know a great deal.
I want to offer a refresher course to my fellow Kingdom Hearts fans - a full-scale, complete story breakdown of where we're at, and where we're going. However, this will be a big endeavor for me, and I want to take as much of your input into the feature as possible. After all, I'm here to serve you - your thoughts definitely matter here.
So, I've composed a thread in our fine PSU forums posing a number of questions about this upcoming feature. Which games do you care about? How deep do you want me to dig? What sources do you consider legitimate? Hop on over to the thread and give me your thoughts on these questions and more. If you're not a registered PSU community member, feel free to sign up - we're a fantastic community, and it's super quick and easy.
Feel free to drop a line in the comments below, as well. I take Kingdom Hearts very seriously, and I can't wait to share what I know.

If you're gonna do this, you should probably make it in timeline form! Start to finish (I believe Birth by Sleep is 1st and 3D is the latest one?) Make the story less confusing I guess, if that's what you were planning. I read some long thing a while back ago that somewhat cleared up the story confusion but it's still rather confusing to many, heck, maybe even make it in video form if you're up to it? That's my take, maybe a nice & easy timeline. =P Can't wait for KH3 (in 20 years, lol)

Thanks, BlindMango. Not sure if a video feature is my thing (don't have easy access to cutscenes for showing off, but I suppose I could do some YouTube rips).
A visual timeline is a better bet, but might be hard to pull off through a single post. Good idea though.
