Today, at the GameStop Managers Show in San Antonio, Texas, SuperBot Entertainment revealed the newest member to join the already colorful PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale roster, Evil Cole MacGrath.
Interestingly enough, this counterpart to vanilla Cole MacGrath—who’s already been part of the roster for a while now—seems to have a completely different move set from “good” Cole, as seen in the video below.
Instead of just rehashing most of the original character’s moves and abilities, SuperBot has rebuilt Evil Cole to use the negative karma powers seen in inFamous 1 and 2; the Hellfire Rocket, Tripwire Rocket, and Firebird Strike, to name a few. Oh, and brand new Super Moves to boot.
PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale will be released on November 20.

At least they're imbuing this versio of Cole with a completely different attack set. The different Supers won't make much of a difference because, in my opinion, Supers are so one-off that they don't define a character. Movement speed, jumping abilities, and actual attacks have made more of a difference in terms of "feel" for me, at least in the beta.

That's great, I always thought Evil Cole would be a skin for the original, but an extra character is good. Great to see that they've made each character distinct, which is a major advantage over Brawl; Fox, Falco and Wolf, for example, were virtually idntical except for a few minor differences, and that was a massive flaw for me.
