Rocksteady Studios’ Batman: Arkham City has been nominated for a UK Writer’s Guild award.
The critically-acclaimed superhero sequel is up for best videogame script award alongside the pirate-themed Risen 2 and Zombies, Run!
For Arkham City, Paul Crocker, lead narrative designer is up for the gong, while Risen 2 sees writers Gordon Rennie, Alan Barnes and Emma Beeby in for a chance at nabbing the award.
Meanwhile, Naomi Alderman, writer for Zombies, Run! is also in the running for a shiny award at the awards ceremony, which takes place on November 14.
While on the subject of Arkham City, it has been rumored that Rocksteady is working on a prequel set in the Silver Age of Comic Books, though nothing official has been announced as of yet.
