Sony reveals new teaser - The Reload

Who can forget the infamous commercial starring all your favorite PlayStation Characters?
Needless to say, the ad was a huge success for Sony and as fate would have another commercial seems imminent -- if the teaser below is anything to go by, at least.

Or maybe it's just a commercial advertising the playstation brand with a bunch of characters again?

A few observations...
#1. It is the same girl that is in the 'Michael' video at the entrance kiosk booth.
#2. The sign on the desk says something like 'SABLE' or 'SARLE' (I can't really read it due to the resolution) on the top half and 'GET YOUR' on the bottom half. It looks like it might be on the back of some type of ancient typewriter/telegraph machine. I have no idea what that means.
#3. To the immediate right of that there is a sticker/decal/logo that is positioned vertically which reads 'LIMBO CITY.' Again, no idea what kind of reference this is.
#4. Up to the right of the girl (hanging on the wall) is a clock-like looking object with the 4 playstation button symbols as the 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock hour markers.I'm certain this means nothing to the actual commercial other than offering brand recognition.
Anyone have any thoughts on what some of this stuff means?!?!?!
P.S. Maybe the 'Michael' commercial is what inspired the Battle All-Stars game? Or, maybe it was an early commercial for the game? Perhaps the game story will start with all of the characters hanging out at a bar and relaxing after a hard day of working (gaming). Someone says something inappropriate and all heck breaks loose? LOL
