GTA San Andreas rated by ESRB for PlayStation 3

Following the release of Grand Theft Auto 3 on PlayStation Network as a PS2 Classic earlier this year, an ESRB rating indicates that Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas could be coming to PlayStation 3.
Given the timing of this rating, and the precedent set by GTA 3's release as a PS2 Classic, it's likely that San Andreas will receive the same treatment as opposed to an HD facelift like the recently released Killzone HD. Hopefully Rockstar will shed some light on this potential release soon, as a storm of Grand Theft Auto V news is coming soon. Perhaps the two revelations are linked in some way?
GTA: Vice City received its own ESRB rating for PlayStation 3 some time ago, but little has happened in the months since.

That's cool but I'm more excited about GTA 5 for the moment but could be interesting to play until then. Is there a GTA coming outn for the vita?
