Dead Island: Riptide dated

Deep Silver has exhumed a decomposing launch date for the upcoming Dead Island Riptide.
The zombie actioner will be released in the U.S. on April 23, 2013 and arrives internationally on April 26.
In addition, the publisher also unveiled two versions of the sequel that will be available for pre-order – Retailer Edition and Pre-order Edition.
The former will be available at select stores only, and features alternative box art, weapons mods plus an alternate character not available anywhere else. Details on participating retailers for each region will be announced later.
Lastly, the Pre-order Edition will include the aforementioned weapon mods included in the Special Retailer Edition.
Dead Island: Riptide picks up immediately after the events of its predecessor, with the four survivors battling against undead hordes on the island of Palanai in the Banoi archipelago. Riptide is due out on PlayStation 3, PC and Xbox 360.
