Latest 'Evolution of PlayStation' covers PSP and PS Vita

With less than 48 hours until the likely reveal of the next PlayStation, Sony proceeds with its "Evolution of PlayStation" video series by taking a look at its portable consoles: PlayStation Portable and PlayStation Vita.

Sony's first portable system, the PSP, sought to offer console-quality experiences on-the-go and near-PlayStation 2 graphics. The PS Vita took that a step further with improved visuals, a gorgeous OLED touch screen, two true analog sticks, a gyroscopic sensor, and cross-platform play with the PlayStation 3.

"Evolution of PlayStation" began with a look back at PSone, PS2, and PS3, and has explored Sony's past contributions to gaming What will the future hold? Find out Wednesday by watching the PlayStation Meeting and almost-certain PS4 reveal LIVE, right here on PSU.
