U.S. chatter box Jimmy Fallon was given a hands-on demo with PlayStation 4’s Killzone: Shadow Fall this week following the game’s unveiling at the PlayStation Meeting in New York City.

Fallon was joined by Guerrilla Games big cheese Herman Hulst and actor Anthony Anderson, with the former demoing the game briefly before Fallon got his paws on the DualShock 4.

Chaos soon followed, as Fallon and Anderson attempted to blast their way through Helghast attackers, but seemed more interested in looking at ventilation shafts and yelling incoherently at the screen.

Check it out below.  Killzone: Shadow Fall will launch alongside PS4 this holiday season.

Hilarious to see this video, they really suck playing with the ds4 controller. LMAO when they gave the controller to Jimmy and Anthony. But i'm lookin foward to this game though, very much.

It seems to me that they couldn't play due to lack of inverting the "y axis" .....thats basically how I play with my friends settings in a game.

i like jimmy fallon's passion for games..but i absolutely hated watching him mess this demo up...in no way was that funny, and anthony anderson didnt even look like he played a game in his life, he looked like my 4 year old cousin playing a video game.

@vladspartan the gameplay is real, didnt u see when he gave the controller to jimmy fallon, the main character wasn't even moving. face it, its real.

If there's one good thing that came out of the Fallon demo it's that the game really is live rather than a CG target render. While he proclaims himself a geek/gamer, Fallon is just a guy who likes electronic gadgets and maybe plays the occasional game to pass the time it seems, He does understand that a good chunk of his audiance wants games and wants to see them get the exposure they deserve which is why he has developers on to begin with. It would have been nice to see another level but theis is probably the only demo they had ready to show anyone and it shows what they need to show, proof that it's a real game running on actual hardware.

I can't stand Jimmy Fallon, but it is awsome that his show showed off KZ4, and help get the word out that it is coming out late this year.

@vladspartan- yeah dude, it was actual gameplay they were doing/showing. You don't pay much attention do you?
