Sony Computer Entertainment U.K. (SCE UK) Managing Director Fergal Gara has said there’s no plans to bundle PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita together.
Gamers have been calling out for a bundle featuring Sony’s next-generation console and handheld for a while now, and rumors have claimed such a pack is in the works.
However, speaking with CVG, Gara said there’s no plans for a bundle right now.
“At the moment we’re not thinking about a one-box solution. If we wanted to, it would be an easy thing to do, but we’re not right now.”
PS Vita was released in Japan in December 2011 and arrived in the west in February last year. PS4 meanwhile is scheduled to launch in the U.S. on November 15 and in Europe on November 29.
