IGN has Tweeted confirmation that PlayStation 4 will allow gamers to use their real name for all of the console’s online services at launch.
This is an optional function, though Sony is encouraging users to use their real name as it forms part of the platform holder’s philosophy of a more personal and social experience for the PS4.
Sony’s next-generation home system is released in North America on November 15 and in the U.K. and Europe on November 29.
