Disgaea 4: A Promise Revisited will bring a host of new content, new characters, and downloadable content to PS Vita in North America and Europe.

The port, a localization of Disgaea 4: Return, brings PS3's Disgaea 4: A Promise Unforgotten to Sony's portable console. The port features new scenarios for more character backstory, new spells and techniques, new characters and cameo appearances from previous Disgaea games, new music, and all of the PS3 original's downloadable content.

NIS America made the announcement this evening (via Gematsu) alongside a trailer release and a bevy of screenshots. Check out the trailer below, and all of the screenshots in our game gallery. And for more Disgaea, check out our reviews of Disgaea D2: A Brighter Darkness on PS3 and Disgaea 3: Absence of Detention on PS Vita.
