The developer behind Killzone: Shadow Fall has revealed that its new IP has been in development for two-and-a-half years.
Guerrilla Games’ Angie Smets dropped the news during a video released for the PlayStation 4’s Japanese launch.
“Well, we are working on a new IP, and we started on that already two-an-a-half years ago but unfortunately we cannot share details yet of the new IP, so you’ll have to be a bit more patient,” said Smets.
Guerrilla started work on the new title following the completion of Killzone 3, which hit PlayStation 3 in February 2011.
