UPDATE – The news has been confirmed as extra content for Blacklight: Retribution, including new maps and game mode.
Zombie Studios director Jared Gerritzen is teasing PS4 gamers on Twitter, suggesting that there’s going to be a big announcement on the U.S. PS Blog today.
Posted yesterday, the director behind Blacklight, Phantom Army and Daylight tweeted...
Tomorrow video game things happen keep your PS4 on when you go to work/school and keep an eye on the PS blog!

Could it be that the PS4 game indie horror game Daylight is about to be announced as free to PS Plus members? It’s extremely possible considering that other indie titles such as Resogun, Contrast, Don’t Starve and Outlast have made it for free, and Daylight is the only major indie game due for release in April.
Or, perhaps we’re about to hear about a PS Vita version port of Daylight, or maybe a major update for Blacklight: Retribution, the free-to-play PS4 shooter? The fact that Jared urges gamers to keep their PS4’s turned on, suggests that it could well be the annoucement of new content for Blacklight.
Jared was probed about the announcement via Twitter but isn’t giving anything away.
@Gerritzen If its a system update or blacklight update or mystery?

His reply still keeps us in the dark.

Daylight is a survival-horror which features procedurally-generated levels. It’s due for release on Microsoft Windows and PS4 on April 8, 2014.
