Sony has heavily indicated the direction they are going to take with future PlayStation 4 system updates, via a new survey sent out to console owners.
As reported by VGXNetwork, the survey attempts to gauge user interest in variety of features, from cross-platform chat to the ability to change your PlayStation username.
