Cel Damage HD allows players to take the reign of a catalogue of cartoonish characters and have at it in vehicle-based combat – think Twisted Metal, but with a little more colour and with even crazier outcomes. Atop of that, the game will feature a cross-save system, whereby you can share a save across all three Sony platforms that the game appears on.
