The remastered edition of The Last of Us may be hitting PlayStation 4 this month after all, according an industry insider.
Tidux – the figure who has presided over a number of leaks ever since the PlayStation 4’s initial launch – had taken to his Twitter to tell followers that the development of the post-apocalyptic hit had been finished. When questioned about its potential release date, he also divulged that the game would in fact be releasing ‘’this June’’ – placing the launch within the next three weeks.
The leak comes after a surprise listing from U.K-based game retailer GAME a few days ago which had the Naughty Dog-developed remaster hitting PS4 this coming week; GAME denied the validity of the listing, citing it as a mistake by an ‘overzealous’ employee.
