Deep Silver has released the first batch of screenshots for its upcoming zombie romp, Escape Dead Island.

Escape Dead Island is due out on PlayStation 3, PC, and Xbox 360, and aims to bridge the gap between the original zombie-fueled epic and its forthcoming sequel, Dead Island 2. The game sees players introducing blunt objectives to undead skulls as rich boy Cliff Calo on a top-secret island, where he aims to expose the truth behind the zombie outbreak.
