The Last of Us Remastered PS4 getting DLC, cross-buy with PS3?

The Last Of Us Remastered on PS4 and The Last Of Us on PS3 are rumoured to be receiving add-on content that will be available as a cross-buy initiative at some point this year.

Meristation has produced three slides, apparently from Naughty Dog, that reveal the news alongside some of the improvements we can expect over the original game, which includes the ability to lock the frame-rate to 30fps.

According to the slides, The Last Of Us Remastered will launch with all major add-on content, including Abandoned Territories and Reclaimed Territories multiplayer and the Left Behind single player expansion. Texture maps will be four times more detailed than the original and players can expect longer draw distances, higher resolution particle effects and no texture streaming.

The Last Of Us Remastered went gold this week and is due out on July 29 in North America and August 1 in Europe.
