Rockstar Games today revealed a new trailer for developer Team Bondi's upcoming crime thriller, L.A. Noire. The video centers on the mission "A Slip of the Tongue," in which a seemingly innocent woman unintentionally shows that she knows the full name of a suspect, even though protagonist Cole Phelps only mentioned his last name. From there, it's up to you to piece together the evidence and bust the guilty party.

Check out the trailer for "A Slip of the Tongue" below.

The case is a Wal-mart exclusive at launch — customers who purchase the game from the mega-retailer will receive a free downloadable code — though we imagine it'll make its way to the PlayStation Network eventually.

L.A. Noire sneaks onto PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC on May 17 in North America and May 20 in Europe.
