Capcom looks set to bring 3DS survival horror title Resident Evil: Revelations to home consoles.
That’s at least according to a listing on the Korean Ratings Board, which suggest the game will be hitting PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 at some point.
Revelations was released in January 2012, and takes place between the events of Resident Evil 4 and 5. The story sees BSAA agents Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine – alongside newcomers Jessica and Piers – battling ooze monsters on board a mysterious cruise ship.
Well-received by fans and critics alike, Revelations is widely regarded as a return to form for the horror franchise after taking a more action-oriented route in recent years. Indeed, the game evokes the classic Resident Evil atmosphere with its claustrophobic corridors and stronger emphasis on puzzle-solving and conserving ammunition.
