While some of you Square Enix fans are lamenting the wait for Final Fantasy XIII-3 (i.e. Lightning Returns her biking sunglasses to the Harley shop because they aren't cool enough), the renowned developer/publisher is busy... well, publishing Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX. As the latest franchise to join the HD collection craze, Kingdom Hearts will enjoy Trophy support, high-def visuals, and subtle gameplay changes for three of its earlier chronological installments.
A few days ago, KH Insider spotted a collection of 50 post-Jump Festa screenshots for HD 1.5 ReMIX that run the gamut of all three games and highlight improved graphics in a variety of situations. Character models are looking especially crisp, while spell effects look positively splendid. Peep the three screenshots below, and stay tuned to PSU.com, as we'll be posting the full set in our game gallery soon.
Are you excited to unsheath your Keyblade once more and lay waste to thousands of Heartless? Does the thought of Kairi's KH1 model get you all hot and bothered? Are you a bigger fan of this franchise than myself? The latter is doubtful at best, but let us know in the comments anyway. Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX drops in Japan on March 14, 2013.
